A recent study by LIMRA and Maddock Douglas Inc. concluded that many life insurance companies are failing to describe their products and services in terms that are easily understandable to their clients.
LIMRA Research Director Scott Kallenback provided some insightful commentary on the results of the survey:
“We’re all familiar with the philosophical problem about a tree falling in the forest and the question about whether it makes a sound. We essentially applied the same question to what financial services companies are saying, and we’ve found that even if consumers are hearing what’s being said, they frequently don’t understand.”
At Financial Providence Group, we understand that it’s our job to pass along our expertise to clients in a way that’s easy to understand. We may be experts when it comes to final expense insurance, but we never assume our clients are.
When we’re speaking with a client, it’s about more than just facts and figures. We make it our mission to create an environment where the client feels comfortable enough to ask questions, be open about their needs and voice any reservations they may have.
We understand that a face-to-face conversation is a better option than sending you to our website to decipher information on your own. We’re here to do whatever it takes to make sure we’re providing the best products and services, and providing information in a way that is clear, concise and easy to digest.
