Brad’s unique story demonstrates that hard work, determination, and a crystal clear vision put him on the fast track to success. Brad began FPG in 1999 at the young age of 24 with ¾ of his accounting degree completed. That year, he walked away from the degree and set out to become the highest performing final expense insurance agent in the country—his first year.

From there, he has built an empire of wealth for hundreds of agents.

FPG doesn’t require a degree or any former insurance experience. What we do require is self-motivation, persistence, determination, drive, and an unstoppable attitude. We will train you, coach you, and lead you—every step of the way.

The vision for the new office came a few years ago, when CEO and Founder, Brad Jennings, sought to build a space that his agents could call ‘home’; a place that would promote a life of wellness for his agents and their families.

Built to inspire those who share this winning mindset, the new office provides an environment of encouragement and wellness, both physical and mental.

Featuring ample office space, a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, weight room, movie theatre, gym, and TVs in every bathroom—the office is outfitted to make work life easier for its dedicated agents. With an on-site barber shop and two cozy suites available for out-of-town agents, the office was built to support every need that might arise for agents on the go.
