A recent article on Inc.com listed five ways to inspire employees. The article expounded on the idea that “fired up” employees will be more productive, happier and more likely to live up to their full potential. We agree.
“Here’s a simple truth: really inspired employees get a lot more done for your business and for your customers than employees who don’t really care about the job they do.”
At Financial Providence Group, we’ve challenged ourselves to get creative. Keeping our agents inspired is extremely important to us. We’re ready to do whatever it takes to ensure we’re creating an environment that’s financially rewarding, and stimulating to their drive to succeed. We’ve expanded on the points in the article to show some examples of how we create an inspiring company culture.
- Paint an inspiring vision. The services our agents provide at Financial Providence Group are important. Every day they are positively impacting the lives of families and individuals, and we make sure they understand the importance of that role. Our goals revolve around helping people get products and services that provide peace and security, and getting our agents inspired about that mission is a big part of our business.
- Reward accordingly. Our agents work hard, and we love recognizing their achievements. Whether it’s a trip to an exotic location, free leads, or other incentives, we strive to show our appreciation at every opportunity.
- Thank them. A lot. As soon as an agent accepts a full-time position at Financial Providence Group, they become part of a team. With that initiation comes support from other agents, as well as a professional leadership team. When you bust a sales record, or lead by example, you can expect to get a thank you.
