Excellent service starts with a satisfied team that is motivated, educated, and has an active interest in our products. We’ve found that when our agents are happy, they start their day ready to make our clients happy.
From there, we give our agents the tools, knowledge base and management support to do the technical side of their job well. When a client calls with a question, our agents will have an answer.
We give all of our agents the freedom, flexibility and independence to set goals for themselves, while still providing the support they need to ensure that they hit their targets (and often go above and beyond), month after month.
