In the 15 years of owning F P Group, I have learned a lot in the Final Expense business and the operations of owning an Insurance Agency. I have also seen people come and go, good and bad. But, I have never seen as many people in the last 2 years jump from company to company and say it’s the best opportunity ever every time they switch companies.
Word of advice, find a company and stick with it. There are going to be ups and downs; that’s part of business. Be professional and mature—stick it out. I did and many others in this Agency did. Everyday, we show through our lifestyles what commitment brings. Get in while you can!
